Paragon trip 4/24/03 |
Well, here are a few of the first pics of my 4Runner at Paragon after being completely rebuilt from a show truck to a wheeling truck. Hope you like them... |

The day started off going up Drumstick (# 19 on the Paragon trail map). This pic was at the top of the first section. |

...leaving M-Trail (# 9) and the day is done.
The truck did really well for it's fist time out. There are some steering issues to be worked out, but nothing a hydro-assist can't cure. I did find out I need to raise the gas tank and add differential protection (which I planned on) as well as fabricate a "slider" for the rear spring hangers. Other than that, I have very happy with the results.
...and a HUGE thanks to Ken (I can do it...crunch, doh!) for taking pics and video...and to Andrew from www.4x4customadventure.com for spotting me and keeping me calm!
