-For those of you that gave me your E-mail address, you should have just recieved a letter about the background contest. If you didn't please be sure to send me an E-mail with your proper E-mail address so I can send you the letter. Anyway, this is just a reminder that the deadline for the contest is NOVEMBER 1rst!
-This is another reminder that all members who do not give me their E-mail address will be put on as inactive. Being inactive simply means that you have complete member status, but you can not be promoted. I do this because it is easier to make sure the clan stays active if I have all the member E-mail addresses in case you need to be contacted. You are still a member if you are inactive, but since I have no way of contacting you, you will be unable to hold a position of power. Remember that I DO NOT want your phone number, real name, address, or any other personal infromation from you. I simply require your E-mail address to notify you of clan events. Remember that you will NOT be expected to reply to E-mails I send, but you are always welcome to if you want. I will never spam you or give out your E-mail address to anyone other than HIGH ranking clan members. If you do not want me to give them your E-mail then you can simply request so.
-I'm probably going to be on more often now and start recruiting again for the rest of this month and a little into October. I haven't been on since july and as a result I know a lot of you have lost interest in the clan so remember to E-mail me if you have any suggestions about what to do at clan meetings and when to do them.
