A well camoflauged monkey on the Sugar Loaf with stage fright.

Me Tom and Matt on the ascent

Which lasted until Matt remembered just how steep that ascent was..

The view of Guaranabara Bay during the climb is fantastic

But not enough to ignore how difficult that climb is..

None of us wanted to look down until we reached the top of the hardest part.. Lucky we got a lift down

But when we did, the view was breathtaking

Looking west along Red Beach to Copacabana Beach

A broader view of the southern part of Rio, including Botofogo to the left

Toms sister took the cable-car up. Excuse the misty lens..

The sunset was good..

The view of the city lights coming on even better

I finally get a decent shot of Maureen (Paul being off working for a few days) in a pizza bar in Maca

LuBai, LuBao, Leticia and me with the hand painted shirt present from Leticia of a local Beach in Rio dos Ostres

Me and LuBao working up an appetite for lunch at the Teresopolis country club

Right next door is the training ground for the Brasilian footy team, named CBF - nice of them to think of me. LuBei and me.
