July 27, 2003 I am often put off by many people things and ideas. There are times in my life when I feel as if I am the only one who understands. I know in my heart and my truth that everyone can achieve a perfect moment, everyone can find peace. I see little glimmers in everyones eyes. It's times when I have to be grateful to find wonderful people. There are diamonds in the rough everywhere. I find these diamonds rarely, but when I do I try to hold on to them. They help me keep going in life. I know in my heart there are others that understand, and I know that there are others that will understand, and when I meet someone who has a bit of that glimmer, it makes me truly grateful. To get down on life, and to get down on where things are going in futile. I know that there are always going to be things wrong, but I also know that LIFE is always going to be wonderful. When we are down on life, when we belive that the world is not going the way that we want it, or the way it should, it's time to step back and take a moment, to realize how wonderful life truly is. There is the wind on our skin and the sunshine on our faces, there are clouds, rain and rainbows. With a chance to live this wonderful life, there is never a reason to be down. I know this is true, and I think that everyone else does too, somewhere inside of them. To open your heart to Life , To be grateful for what you will always have will give you peace, and to know that past is just that the past, and the moment you have now you can choose to do whatever you wish, will truly give you peace. This is the gift that I will spend my life trying to give to all, a lost soul is not lost, but only stuck in thier illusions. Realize the person you can be, realize the person you are.
July 07, 2003 Some of us know our path, and others are lost. Those that know need to stop sitting by the lake, myself included. We all have great things to accomplish if we put our minds to it. I am but a young man, and I see that as a great strength, in the fact that I have time, time to change the world. Everything that I, or anyone for that matter has an effect. For truth, or against it. So many people are lost on there way, mostly young people, such as I used to be. Those of us who have found ourselves cannot help someone find themselves, but we can open the door, they must step through themselves. If in your journies you happen to find that lost soul, help them, show them the door. Although 1 in a million will actually see it, it is one, and one is another to add to the pool of truth. We are all connected. I know that all in this world are my brother, sister, father, and mother. We and all of us around are one. We cannot Pick a role anymore. we cannot hide for fear of society shunning who and what we feel think and act.
June 23, 2003 I am seeing wrongs in this world, not only the things that we are doing ourselves, but also the wrongs of not doing. I see people only concentrating on themselves, their families, their friends, not what is happening. Although I am not a "religious" person, I have to be reminded of the Serenity prayer, Grant me the serenety to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can and the wisdom to know the difference. It really makes me think that well there isn't much in this world we cannot change. Thinking of how we are only one and that is not enough is blinding us. There are people who feel the way you do, there are people that think the same thoughts, and have the same ideals. Whether or not they speak out about them is up to you, that's right up to you. When some guy in the locker room talks about cheating on his girl last night, don't laugh, I don't think many of us even think about these small things. Stand up for yourself, stand up for what you belive in, and maybe just maybe you'll see the light come into someone elses eyes. I know far to many people who sit by idliy while someone does something they don't agree with, or even more who agree for the sake of popularity, jobs, girls, or just to avoid confrontation. I wonder if those people stop to think why they do it. I know I don't want these peoples favor. I don't belive in certain things. and for me to sit in silence is to say that I do.
