After seven years my old site was was a little dated, well ok I guess it was OLD!,

I trust all of my past and present visitors approve of

this change.

In an attempt to keep this a free lookup service it will be necessary for me

to try and attract advertisers to any and all of my links and or Ebooks, I have

ABOUT.

The site is dedicated to Irish genealogy and as a guide for those attempting to find

where in Irelan their ancestors came from.

Without having a parish it is almost impossible to find your ancestors, as most of the

census returns and all of the official civil registrations prior to 1900 were lost,

the census returns were destroyed to assist the first world war effort, the civil

registrations lost in the Dublin post office fire of 1922.
