AGREEMENT
Upon the terms herewith stated, I hereby give to any person(s) having any relation or affiliation to www.foto.cjb.net (herein referred to as members) his/her heirs, legal representatives and assigns, those for whom members is acting, and those acting with his/her authority and permission:
a) the unrestricted right and permission to copyright and use, re-use, publish, and republish photographic portraits, pictures, images, video, or any other type of recorded media which my images may be included in part, composite or distorted in character or form, without restriction as to changes or transformations in conjunction with my own or a fictitious name, or reproduction hereof in color or otherwise, made through any and all media now or hereafter known for illustration, art, promotion, advertising, trade, or any other purpose whatsoever.
b) I also permit the use of any printed material in connection therewith.
c) I hereby relinquish any right that I may have to examine or approve the completed product or products or the advertising copy or printed matter that may be used in conjunction therewith or the use to which it may be applied.
d) I hereby release, discharge and agree to save harmless members, his/her heirs, legal representatives or assigns, and all persons functioning under his/her permission or authority, or those for whom he/she is functioning, from any liability by virtue of any blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form whether intentional or otherwise, that may occur or be produced or in any subsequent processing thereof, as well as any publication thereof, including without limitation any claims for libel or invasion of privacy.                                                                                                                                                                                 f) I hereby authorize, permit, and allow photographer to take actions including but not limited to the marketing of my skills, aspirations, interests and sharing of my attributes or characteristics, perceived or otherwise, through any means or media including, but not limited to solicitation, creation, participation, or contributions to websites or emails, or direct interaction with individuals.  I hereby release, discharge and agree to save harmless photographer, his/her heirs, legal representatives or assigns, and all persons functioning under his/her permission or authority, or those for whom he/she is functioning, from any liability.                                                                                                                                                 g) I hereby assume all risk related to the transfer of any media including images, emails, etc, including but not limited to viruses, bad files, etc.  I hereby release, discharge and agree to save harmless photographer, his/her heirs, legal representatives or assigns, and all persons functioning under his/her permission or authority, or those for whom he/she is functioning, from any liability.                                                                                                                                                 h) I hereby acknowledge receipt in full of any and all obligations of the photographer.                                                          i)  I hereby acknowledge all items in this agreement shall also apply to all future interactions and/or communications with the photographer, photographic sessions, photos, video, any and all recorded media, etc.                                                                                                     j)  I hereby acknowledge that the recorded media may be sexual in nature.  I fully consent to all sexual activity and media recording whether perceived, implied, implicit, explicit, direct, indirect, or any other form of sexuality, including contact and penetration of any and all orifices and organs, nudity, etc.  I hereby authorize, permit, and allow photographer to engage with me in any such activity.  I hereby release, discharge and agree to save harmless photographer, his/her heirs, legal representatives or assigns, and all persons functioning under his/her permission or authority, or those for whom he/she is functioning, from any liability.                                                                                                                                                                              k)  I hereby affirm that I am over the age of majority and have the right to contract in my own name.  I have read the above authorization, release and agreement, prior to its execution; I fully understand the contents thereof. This agreement shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives and assigns.
e)  I hereby assume all risk and release, discharge and agree to save harmless members, his/her heirs, legal representatives or assigns, and all persons functioning under his/her permission or authority, or those for whom he/she is functioning, from any liability, including but not limited to any injury, damage, or harm sustained before, during, or after interaction with members.                                                                                                                                                                           
f) I hereby authorize, permit, and allow members to take actions including but not limited to the marketing of my images, skills, aspirations, interests and sharing of my images, attributes or characteristics, perceived or otherwise, through any means or media including, but not limited to solicitation, creation, participation, or contributions to websites or emails, or direct interaction with individuals.  I hereby release, discharge and agree to save harmless members, his/her heirs, legal representatives or assigns, and all persons functioning under his/her permission or authority, or those for whom he/she is functioning, from any liability.                                                                                                                                                 g) I hereby assume all risk related to the transfer of any media including images, emails, etc, including but not limited to viruses, bad files, etc.  I hereby release, discharge and agree to save harmless photographer, his/her heirs, legal representatives or assigns, and all persons functioning under his/her permission or authority, or those for whom he/she is functioning, from any liability.                                                                                                                                                 
g) I understand that there is risk related to electronic transfers, and hereby assume all risk related to the transfer of any media including images, emails, etc, including but not limited to viruses, bad files, etc.  I hereby release, discharge and agree to save harmless members, his/her heirs, legal representatives or assigns, and all persons functioning under his/her permission or authority, or those for whom he/she is functioning, from any liability.                                                                                                                                                 
h) I hereby acknowledge receipt in full of any and all obligations of the members.                                                          
i)  I hereby acknowledge all items in this agreement shall also apply to all future interactions and/or communications with the members, photographic sessions, photos, video, any and all recorded media, etc.                                                                                                     
j) I attest that the photos I submit are my original work, and I have sole ownership of any rights or copyrights, and have full authority to authorize and submit the photos under the terms of this agreement.  I take full responsibility and liability for any issues which arise regarding ownership, and release members from any such liability or burden related to ownership of photos.
k) I hereby affirm that I am over the age of majority and have the right to contract in my own name.  I have read the above authorization, release and agreement, prior to its execution; I fully understand the contents thereof. This agreement shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives and assigns.
