One of my favorite things about teaching history is that I can  introduce students to some of the great movies and television of all-time. Sometimes I take advantage of this just to watch some of my favorites; but usually I have the satisfaction of seeing people learn to enjoy, learn, and intelligently critique the entertainment we often take for granted.

Below are lists of some of the films and TV shows I use in each of my classses. Click on any of the pictures to the right and enjoy more: plot synopsis, cast info, study guides (great for quizzes) and lots of photos.
