Religon is just a fairy tale

Ok this is another one of my beliefs but here goes.  Religon.
Why is it here and where did it come from? One of the simplest answers. Basiclly, because man needed a way of explaining the unexplainable. But the one mistake modern day society made was... They took it too far. I mean get real. You know about the ancient greek mythology and how they truely belived that all their gods existed. Well now that we have more knowledge of the world people laugh at the greeks. But they fail to realize that every religon is the same. It's like a fairy tale. Another aspect. There are at least a dozen different religons. They all cant be just. They dont even correspond with one another. People these days worry so much about the afterlife, and they fear god so much that they fail to realize that life can actually be fun.
You can belive in what you want, but it's just a big waste of time. It's like worshipping Santa Clause or The Easter Bunny. I could go on and on forever with the dispell of this topic but i must be heading off now.           -Doobs
