All juice should be 100% with no added sugars. Ensure you dilate with 50% water.

Remember... Small continuos sips of water throughout the day and evening. This ensures you consume liquids and it helps the stomach to heal.

No carbonated drinks, and no Straws for the first six months. They tend to cause discomfort and gas.
