Hair:
Teela has really pretty dove gray hair that falls down to her ankles {when left down} with strips of silver metallic strands glimmering. Her bangs are long and flows about her horns about her forehead.
Eyes:
Um, Celestial was born without eyes. So none.
Build:
Willowy, she has this fragile air about her smooth transculent skin. Dainty petite.
Body Characteristics:
The most unique characteristic about the dear girl is the wrinkly skin in place of her eyes. Many believe its a scraf or something covering her eyes but in truth Teela was born without eyes. This does not stop her, she has 'astral' sight. Five horns adorn her forehead with the one in the middle the longest. Creamy transculent white is her fin-like ears. Another interesting feature this woman had is the space between thumb and pointer finger is webbed on both fingers. Her fingers are slender with mirror-like scales circling each finger save her thumb. The back of her palm are more twisting lines in these metallice silver scales.On her right cheek she has an almost arrow looking mark in grays, silver and mirror scales. {look at picture to get the idea}
Personality:
Solitary, aloof. Benevolent in nature, she can be unpredicatable at times. She often acts without rhyme or reason, she follows her own path and thinking. Kind and merciful she is often known to be giving up the last of her food to someone else needy.

Her magic since its natural to her as breath in her body.
Weapons:
Her appearance could be a crafty weapon. People think she is weak and defenseless due to not having eyes. UNTRUTH, she has astral sight and can tap into their magic when needed. Really one could say her seer ability is a weapon, she normally knows what is about to happen before it does to avoide confrontations unless in the mood for it.
Status/Job [in their clan if dragon]:
Due to the lack of eyes, her clan had turned their backs on her. She had attained the role of a Traveling seer, selling her sight to those that could pay her low price. She's not ridiculous or outrageous, just any change they can spare to buy food and board. {And she had a 99% ratio on being correct}
Marital Status:
~Single, most men that I have encountered shy away in horror at the sight of my face~. Men do not really like the idea that she was born with wrinkling skin over where eye sockets should be. They feel uncomfortable about her. So she had accepted that her fate would be without that certain someone to make her feel loved, alive and wanted.
Appearance:
Her gown seems elegant no matter where she goes. A heart shaped bodice without sleeves with loose and flowing material of heavenly night fluttering about her transculent body. A tie waist cinching just below her breasts. She wears a flowing shimmering midnight blue-purple wrap that gives her this fluttering appearance. Really helps with her pale skin and gray hair. Each wrist she wears two golden bracelet. About her neck is a unique necklace, a gift from a teacher. Not on the flimsy fins but the tough veins are pierced where she can wear heavy golden hoops with beads.. Teela is known to wear her hair up with a crown like holder.
Other Information about Teela, she doesn't speak. She speaks through the mind instead of by her mouth. Another inflection that had caused her parents and clan to cast her out. She was found and collected by another seer who taught her that it she was gifted, so the gods had to balance her person to accept the gifts she was given. That was how Teela accepted not having eyes or unable to speak. The seer that she was raised had stubby legs for a Dracon.
