| Part of the H&S Support program, this committee will gather all nomination letters that are returned, review the responses and reach out by phone to talk to interested candidates about their involvement, responsibilities and commitment to the board (during Election years). The committee will decide on the candidates for the election ballot for the Executive Board "at-large" positions from the group of interested nominees. Tellers (who are assigned by the President) will tally the results and present them to the committee for verification of membership and certification. Official results to be given to President in written format by committee with "sign off" for authenticity. In a non-election year, this committee can nominate a person or persons for an OFFICER position and a vote of the Executive Board would take place. |
