BONUS: If you pay your H&S membership dues BEFORE September 30, 2008; you will be entered into a special drawing to win a gift card to Wal-Mart. The winner will be notified by H&S.

ADDED BONUS: A classroom contest will take place between September 10 and October 31, 2008. The classroom with the highest percentage of H&S members on October 31 will be declared the winner. The students will win a "special goodie" bag and the teacher will win a gift card to Beckers. In case of a tie, the first class to obtain the winning number will be awarded the prize. |

Please print the form, fill it out and return it with the Membership dues in an envelope labeled with your name, child's name and their room number. Please send envelope in with your oldest child. A representative from the Home and School will fill out a card and sent it to you. Thank you for your interest in the Home and School Association.
