| Part of the Parent Involvement/Social program, this committee is responsible for the organization of the annual Science Night that we have during the school year. Duties include hiring a vendor, providing the snacks, getting volunteers for the event, and producing, photocopying and distributing a flyer for the event and making sure any such equipment or materials are needed. You work in conjunction with the Science leader at the school to determine the type of stations that will be setup that night. If money is collected, depositing funds into our account in conjunction with the Treasurer. |
