| Part of the Parent Involvement/Social program, this committee is responsible for the organization of the annual Entertainment Night that we have near the end of the school year. Traditionally, this event is our last Family Night of the year and all H&S members are admitted free of charge. Duties include providing the snacks, entertainment, getting volunteers for the event, and producing, photocopying and distributing a flyer for the event and making sure any such equipment or materials are needed. If money is collected, depositing funds into our account in conjunction with the Treasurer. |
