When we got Thundercat, he was encrusted with thousands of tiny ticks. We rubbed Diatomaceous Earth into his skin and coat every day for 3 days until every tick had died. DE is nontoxic, unlike the tick medications at the vet. DE is even edible in small amounts. It is a natural dewormer!
When we got Thundercat, he had several bald patches. Our vet diagnosed him with ringworm. We are still treating his ringworm, and he has many bald patched all over his legs, tail, head...poor puppy!
