| The WWF has amended its complaint against the Parents Television Council (PTC) and other defendants. The action followed WWFE's review of certain PTC documents that have come to light since the suit was originally filed in November 2000. The revised complaint, called the Second Amended Complaint, adds new counts of defamation against the PTC. On May 24, the judge in the case rejected the PTC's motion to have the suit dismissed. In addition to defamation, the suit charges the PTC and its founder, L. Brent Bozell III, with interference with business relations and copyright infringement. |
