Hypnosis
facts
Hypnosis can help you find out from where your fears come.
If you don't want to be
hypnotized, you won't be.
You must be willing to
experience trance and follow the hypnotist's instructions before you can
be hypnotized.
You can remember everything
you experienced and more.
During past or future life
regression, the therapist will give you the instruction to remember this
experience and that more will come to you after you come out of trance.
It is very common for a person to remember more after trance than what
they spoke of while in trance.
(NOTE: Regression into
the future is normally called Progression, however due to my personal experience
and belief, I call it regression into the future.)
You won't reveal anything
you don't really want to reveal.
You can lie faster &
better in hypnotic trance.
While you are in trance,
you are more aware of what is being asked, sometimes even while the therapist
is forming the question in her/his own mind. Time seems to stand
still for you and you are able to think faster than you would out of trance.
There are several levels of trance, and just like sleep, you will change levels of brain wave activity while in trance.
Even if the therapist walked
out of the room while you were in
a deep hypnotic trance,
and gave you no suggestion to awaken,
you would probably fall
into a restful sleep for a few minutes,
then come to full room
awareness feeling refreshed and rested.
Clucking like a chicken,
looking for a lost belly button, or
speaking 'moon talk' is
for stage shows, not the therapy room.
No one can make you do anything
to which you have a deep
ethical objection.
The therapist is your guide, not your master.
