Salvation
First, God does love everyone. In fact the Lord loves us so much that he gave His only Son to die for us so that we can go to heaven. John 3:16-17 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only song that whosoever believeth on him shall not perish but have everlasting life.For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. We are sinners. We have done wrong. There is no way that we can ever be perfect. Why do we deserve to be in a perfect place (heaven) with a perfect person (God)? We don't deserve that, because we sin and we do things that are not right. Romans 3:23 For all of sinned and come short of the glory of God. But do you realize that God loved us so much, that he gave His Son to die on the cross for our sins. Jesus payed a high price for us! He gave His life so we can live in heaven forever. He went through so much. He was tortured and spit upon, humiliated, and laughed at. But Jesus did not do anything. He was innocent of any wrong doing, yet all this stuff was done to him. And he bore it, because he loved us. And he even says that he would have done it if there was only one person that would go to heaven! Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of god is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. Romans 5:8 But God commendeth his love towards us, that while we were yet sinner, Christ died for us. God gave his only Son, and he watched as he was tortured, but he never stopped it because he knew that good would come of it and that we would be able to spend eternity with Him. And he loved us that much!!! He wants us to be with Him always and forever.And the thing is all we have to do now, is ask to be in heaven. Tell God that we believe he is real, and that we want to live with him in heaven. Of course you have to believe what you are saying is true, because God knows your heart. And he will let you in only if you are truly believeing of it. It's all fair with God. He loves even homosexuals. And they have the same priviledges as we do. The verses says "the world" not just Asians, not just Americans, not just homosexuals, and not just non-homosexuals. He loves everyone, no age limit, no certain race, or religion. He loves us all... and all we have to do is ask to be in heaven with him. And believe in him! We must believe that God sent His one and only Son to die a horrible death on the cross. We must believe that He did that out of love for us so we can spend eternity with God. And then we must realize that Jesus rose from the dead three days later. You see, God raised His Son from the dead. And only God can conquer death. He is the creator of life and death, no other person can conquer death as Jesus did! He showed to us His power in that act! And we must believe that he did this... out of love for us!! Romans 10:9-10, 13 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus and shalt believein thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. Once we accept Jesus, and confess to him that we are sinners bound for hell. We become His Son's and daughters! He is our Heavenly Father. Our Protector and Saviour! And he is writting our name down in the Lamb's Book of Life. So that when we die and go to heaven he will look through that Book and find our name written there and we will be escorted into heaven personally by Jesus!!! And he will take us to a mansion that he has prepared just for us!!! John 1:12 But as many as receive him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name. John 14:1-3 Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ya may be also. So you see, God loves all people. It's not just caertain people. And anyone that would say that God loves only certain people, is very wrong. the Lord makes it very clear that He loves us all! As for people that are homosexual. The same promise is given to them as it is to everyone. But homosexuals are sinners also. They are not perfect. In fact the Lord says that marriage is to be between a man and a woman. Not two people of the same sex. Genesis 2:24 Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh. Genesis 2:22 And the rib, which the LORD God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man. The Lord does not talk about a woman and a woman or a man and a man. He talks about one man and one woman coming together and becoming one in marriage. The Lord does not promote homosexuality... he created it this way because God knows best. We are human and we want our way, so we take something that is sacred and turn it into a foolish thing. Making it a sin. Anything that we do that is not the way the Lord intended it to be is a sin. But that doesn't mean that God hates that person. He loves that person, and wants to forgive them for sinning. NO MATTER WHAT THAT SIN IS. We were all created equal, and God treats us all equally! You say that a priest called homosexuals Satanists. I'm sorry, but I don't agree with this priest! And surely he is not looking into His Bible and searching to find out what the Lord says about homosexuals, or he would not have said this!!! Homosexuals are sinners, there is nothing different about them then there is me! We all sin... and we all need to repent of that sin!! As for Christianity contradicting itself, that is not true. It's the people that take the word and twist it! And make it into something that is not. Making it confusing and untrue. Also you mentioned "creating a religion" a few times. What use is a religion? Religion brings no satisfaction at all. But a relationship with the Lord will. If you want to know what I relationship with the Lord is then ask. And read some on my journal! I have a personal relationship wih the Lord and I talk about it alot! Also... about woman being inferior. The Lord does not treat woman as inferior! We are created equal to men. We have the same privledges as men do. But the Lord has certain jobs for each of us. The Man is to be in charge of things. And women take care and nuture! It does not mean we are inferior! And about the garden of Eden... both Adam and Eve sinned! Both are equal sins. There is no such thing as who went frist or second. Or a little sin or a big sin. All of it is sin in God's eyes. But in spite of it all he loves us!!! Some so-called "Christians" do not follow the Word of God, yet they call themselves a Christian. They give real Christians a bad name. And besides that, Christians aren't perfect, we are still human and we fail. But that's why we have a God that is forgiving and merciful! You will find hypocrites in life. the Lord warns us of people like that. Though you find hypocrites that doesn't mean that all Christians are. Though, agian, we are all sinners and we fail time after time. Sometimes we quote the Word of God yet we forget to apply it to our life. What kind of example is that? It's not a good one. But no person is perfect! Only God is, and we will fail, but the Lord is forgiving. And he can make something bad, our mistakes, into something good. I do not agree with religion! Religion is nothingness! It is not worth your time and energy. Religion will come to nothing in the end. What I have... what I have claimed as my own is not religion! But it is a realtionship. Jesus is my Best Friend! He is my Father, my protector, my saviour, my helper, my comforter! HE IS MY EVERYTHING! I talk to the Lord the same way I do to Eustacia Ross, my "earthly" best friend. I tell the Lord everything! I tell him my faults. I tell him what I need help in. I talk to him about the people around me. I pray for people to come to Him and have this same relationship I have. because I want everyone to feel as complete as I do. When you don't have Jesus, when you don't believe in him, and claim him, and love him, it's like you are empty, lonly, miserable, and searching for something more. All these feelings come up, and you do not know why or where they came from. But it's you, you longing for something you can only imagine in your heart until you can grasp it and make it your own. When you have the knowledge that Jesus is real and he loves you and is there for you it;s a amazing! And Jesus wants to be there... Read these verses about what Jesus is to a Christian. Proverbs 18:24 ...and there is a friend that sticketh closer than a brother. Matthew 5:45 That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust. Romans 8:16 The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God: Mark 2:19 And Jesus said unto them, Can the children of the bridechamber fast, while the bridegroom is with them? as long as they have the bridegroom with them, they cannot fast. He is our... Father Brother Friend King Mother Bridegroom He is like all sufficiant. He gives everything we need. He has so much grace and mercy and forgiveness and love! Jesus is perfect in all things. But he is also a Judge! He is the Almighty King of Kings and Lord of Lords! He is all powerful!! But he is a fair Judge... he is a fair King. When you die, when you are faced to meet Jesus. (since you say you know he is real) When you are faced with Jesus, will you be ready? Will you have taken care of your heart? When Jesus goes to the Book... will he find your name there? Where do you want to go? To Heaven or Hell? You see, Jesus is being fair.... He came to earth and died for you... he paid the penalty... so you can go to heaven. The only thing you have to do is ask to believe! He's giving you a chance. Chance after chance. See he's giving you a chance right now to accept him. to say "Lord I believe in you" Now it's your choice whether to accept him or reject him. You may never have another chance. You may get in a car accident and die the next time you get in. You never know! So accept him? Revelation 17:14 These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him are called, and chosen, and faithful. Revalation 19:16 And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS. Revelation 20:12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works. Are you saying I have no brain? I have a brain! Because I made the decision to follow Jesus. I made the desision that I wanted to go to Heaven and not Hell. I said, "Lord I want to have a personal relationship with you!" and he drew me into his arms and I haven't let since. He loves me... and he loves you! You just have to love him back. It's not a matter of whether you have a brain. I have a brian... each day I make a desision on whether or not I want to obey or disobey. Each day I choose to Love Jesus. If I decide not to that Jesus keeps on loving me... I never loose my salvation. We can't loose it once we find it and accept it. But Jesus patiently waits until we decide we love him again. When we decide to obey him. It's our desision, he never twists our arm. My personal goal is to help other also! I choose to share the Word of God with people. I'm going to be going to a Bible school and majoring in Bible and teaching! I want to go around the world teaching English to people in other countries, but sharing the word of God as I go. I want to help others. And yes, it's because Jesus tells us to, but it's also because I want people to have this peace this relationship that I have. You can't tell me that somedays you aren't selfish. Somedays you just don't feel like listen to people. You don't feel like helping people. All you want to do is help yourself. You can't me that isn't true for you. As humans we are selfish creatures! We can'thelp but be selfish sometimes! That's where God comes in... he helps us to over come those selfish moments and help people. And the thing is... not everyone wants to help people! Some people are completely selfish! But God puts that desire in them to be loving and help people. It doesn't mean you don't have a brain! God created us with a brian! If he had wanted us to be robots he would have made us that way. Accepting Jesus doesn't mean you loose that brain. Jesus does command us to do good! He tells us in his word... the Bible to help people. That's where your brain comes in! He tells us in the Bible to help people. So you see someone in need... "that guy over there"... you go help him. Because you already know that God's told you to help everyone. A Motive... I believe we all have a motive for everything we do. If we didn't we wouldn't do anything because we are all selfish! I'm sure even you have some kind of motive for going into psycology. Maybe it's because you'll get paid? I dunno. But we all have a motive... and my motive is Jesus. We are all "not good" people. Ya know... sitting on a couch all day and not killing someone is actually a sin. You are wasting your time sitting there when you could be out doing something good! The thing is... you can't just not do something bad... you have to do the opposite... you have to get out and do good insted of bad. that's the thing. Just because you aren't killing someone doesn't mean you are a "righteous person"! Nope, doesn't work that way! Your correct! Religion is just a bunch of rules and regulations that we have to follow! And it brings no satisfaction at all. It's worthless and stupid! But what i am talking about is not religion. I did not used the words... "buddist" "Baptist" "penecostal" "Islam" "catholic" or "jewish". I have said... A personal relationship with Jesus! It's a way of living! Not a bunch of rules and regulations you must follow. You choose to follow them if the Lord puts it on your heart. Whether or not you follow what you should be doing is between you and God. Remember... He is the Judge! But he is a loving God! And extremely fair! No... I am against religion! It's nothing! It's stupid to follow a religion! What is the sense? If you choose to doubt... that is between you and God. But all I can tell you is.... I still have my mind, my will, my brain, my personality, and everything else I was created to have. I have justed learn to control it in a way that is honoring to Jesus (my best friend that I wish o please forever and always) and in a way that helps others!
