I BELIEVE IN ANGELS
I believe in angels
Certainly, don't you

I even know a few
I see them in my dreams
I feel them in my heart
They comfort me with thoughts
That we'll never be apart
There is a certain angel
My wife and I know well
We gave her birth, you see
She is Kirstin Noelle
She comes to us sometimes
With a message filled with love
She'll always be near us
And watching from above
"Everything will be fine,
So please don't cry for me.
I'll see you in heaven
Gods' watching over you."
There is some that don't believe
That really just don't care
They're selfish and ignorant
Of the grief we have to bear
I still believe in angels
No matter what they say
I still believe in angels

GODS GIFT
"Why are you crying, my child"
I heard a voice ask
"I've lost my darling child
And these tears I cannot mask"
"Please share you story"
The voice replied to me
"I am here to listen
I am whatever you need me to be"
I began to tell the story
Of my daughters short life
And all that she has given
To her brothers, me and my wife
She has saved our marriage
And has renewed our love
She has promised to watch over
Her two brothers from above
There's so much she'll never get to do
There's so many things she'll miss
Too swiftly taken from us
To join the heavenly bliss
We are always going to miss her
That's why I'm crying like so
We just don't understand
Why God made her go
As I was sharing my story
The voice began to cry
This concerned me deeply
So I had to ask him why
"I too have lost a child"
He died upon the cross
He was crucified by man
And died for all those lost
So you see my precious child
I know what you've gone through
I am with you always
Here is my gift to you
This gift is my love
Take it with you where ever you go
Your child is in heaven
And loves you more than you know
So live your life for God
And you will get to heaven
You'll see your daughter there
and be together again
