From Chesterfield: 1. From the Texaco at the county line, proceed approximately 11 miles, give or take .1 of a mile. 2. At this Point you will find a VDOT station (yes, the one with the orange trucks) take a left here on to Mann Rd., if you pass the VDOT station you have gone to far 3. Once on Mann Rd. you will take your immediate left on Old Buckingham Rd. 4. Once on Old Buckingham go between .3 and .4 miles and the Powhatan Village Building will be your left.
