free to apply for the site awards as well.
~ There is no limit as to how many categories you may apply for,
HOWEVER, each nomination must be placed in the appropriate category.
~ No more than one nomination for the same title in the same category
will be accepted.
~All fiction must be completed.
~ All nominations must have a working email to contact owner.
~ All nominees will have the right to refuse a nomination.
~ All nominations must have banner or
link to this site no later than February 1st, 2004.
~Judging will start of March 1st,
2004.
~ Awards will be determined by Judges.

~ A nominee may apply to be a judge, however, they will not be judging
in their category of nomination.
~ Winners will not be allowed to apply with the same entry for the next
season but may apply in other areas.
~All Judging will be Final.
