| I have dreamed of having a 50's Chevy for a long time. In 1992 I noticed a blue and white Chevy sitting in a driveway. The owner did want to sell it(a 210 2 door hardtop), but i didn't think we could afford it, but I could dream. I went by that driveway for a few weeks until one day it was gone. On Fathers Day 1992 my family gave me quite a surprise gift, thats right the same 1956 Chevy!! In 1997 the engine was rebuilt and I hope to start work on the body and interior soon. 'Till then I still drive it all the time. It is a rare car with only 18,616 produced. | |||||||||||||||||||||
