The Uninspired
Stop Press: An updated version of The Wally has appeared (or if you're reading this in the very near future, will appear as soon as I get round to it). But not on this site. Ask me how to find it. Go on, ask me.
Good evening. Good evening ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to The Website. My name is Olly Cooley, and this is a quick and dirty way of ensuring that if I can be bothered to keep this up to date, and if The Uninspired ever make any more music, and if by some bizarre chance someone actually wants to listen to it, then they have free and relatively easy access to it. It's quick and dirty because that's the general spirit of the enterprise, and because I can't do any better anyway. Report any broken links to me. If you don't know my e-mail address, I've gotta wonder how you found this site. While I'm on the subject, check out the feedback page.

One thing I would like to point out: This is not intended as a satire on, replacement of or sequel to
Caroline's marvellous page, nor should this page's quality in any way detract from hers's.
Check out the latest developments on the site and all the latest news on Uninspired projects. Or don't. Your call.
Important Announcement:

Apart from a limited storage capacity, this site also has a limited data transfer allowance. Which I think means you can't download lots of stuff from it in a short period of time. Obviously songs are very big files, so you may often find that your downloading has been blocked.
Please be patient and sensible. If you want to listen to a song several times (more fool you) then save it to your own computer if at all possible. If you find your downloading has been blocked, wait a while before trying again. Please be considerate of other site users, and don't constantly take up the transfer allowance. Share songs; if two or three of you live close to each other and all want to listen to the music, why not club together and listen to it together. It's friendlier as well as reducing noise pollution.
Available Music
I have made a demo version of Afternoon Tea. Like everything else round here, it's quick and dirty. Watch this space for a new and improved version at some unspecified time in the future.
Upcoming Projects:
It looks like we are doomed to make an album called Running Through Philadelphia about our time in the states. Check it out. It won't bite.
Ongoing Projects
Scraping the Barrel is our 'best of the rest' collection. Well, actually, it's the rest.
Music By Mail
The capacity of this website for storing music is very limited. Songs will have to be put up temprorarily and moved off once newer stuff comes along. If you want to download a song that is no longer available, I can probably put it back up for long enough. But you will have to ask me, so I know.

The alternative is my highly technical 'Music By Mail' scheme. You send me your address and tell me what music you would like to have, and I burn it to CD and send it to you. Please be sensible; don't order one song on CD - wait until several are available that you want (but don't wait too long). In the highly unlikely event that this service becomes incredibly popular, I may start charging to cover my costs.
