Mr. Roman von Arx, provides orientation on RA 7610. As a chair of Advocacy organizes Forum, Seminars and Trainings for Law Enforcement Agencies, Schools and Service Providers. UNICEF supports most of the expenses, currently the Metro West Network provided a 3 days worshop called "Out of School Youth (OSY) turning to be Child Advocates (video is available at Asia Advocacy Channel)
