TV Hits, November 1999 Charmed I'm Sure! The world is spellbound by the bewitching beauty of Alyssa Milano, from Charmed TV HITS: Do you get along with the other Charmed witches? AM: I was totally nervous when I started. It sounds like such a cliche, I know, but it's like a 14-hour slumber party everyday. TV HITS: What happened when you scored the part of Phoebe? AM: I got a call from Mr. Spelling on a Wednesday and started work on Monday. I was nervous, I was replacing someone that my co-stars might have loved. TV HITS: You deal with scary demons on the show - have you ever had a frightening fan? AM: I've had some scary situations. But I have people who go through all my fan mail. I've always been security conscious. TV HITS: How did you feel about the pornographic internet sites dedicated to you? AM: It's ludicrous, I could have easily said, ''Whatever, people are crazy.'' But the fact that they were making 30 grand a month off it - it drove me nuts! TV HITS: What was it like to have to grow up in front of the world on ''Who's The Boss?'' AM: Oh God, it's hard enough to go through puberty, let alone in front of millions of people! TV HITS: What type of love spell did you use to nab your husband Cinjun Tate, from the band Remy Zero? AM: I lit the candles, put the oil in and read a little chant. It took half an hour. And I was like, ''Ok, let's see if that worked.'' And it did! I think what happened is that I sat and thought about what I wanted. TV HITS: Your Charmed character Phoebe tends to be a heartbreaker, have you ever had your heart broken? AM: My first crush was this guy in grammar school. I kissed him and he punched me so hard I had a black eye. TV HITS: Would you ever cast a spell on a guy who did you wrong? AM: Oh, no, we're good witches!
