| Premonitions- The ability to have visions from the past or furture, often happening abruptly or by touching objects that has something to do with the premonition. At first Phoebe had little control over this power, but is now able to have a premonition if she concentrates hard enough. This is a passive power. |
| Levitation- The ability to make oneself weightless and float in mid-air. Phoebe most likely channels the psychic energy naturally around her (due to her power of premonition) to boost her self and defy gravity. Like her power of premonition Phoebe couldn't always levitate when she wanted to. Now she has complete control over this power. Phoebes power of levitation aides her well in her martial arts. This is an active power. |
| Phoebes future power In season 2 apisode 2, Morality Bites, we see Phoebes third power. In this episode Phoebe has a premonition of herself levitating behind a baseball player andplacing her hands on either side of his head and what looks like electricity coming from her hands and killing the baseball player. Many people are unsure of what this power is. Some call it tele-empathy. tele-empathy is an aspect of the power of premonition. It's the abiltity to make others relive over and over withing a matter of seconds the worst moments of their life, knocking them unconsious, and if it is wished, even killing them. |
