The Silver Fox walks through a place with the moon and stars, no ground, just endless space. Then suddenly a sun rises to the east. The Silver Fox stops and stares at the sun, the skies turn pink, and the stars and moon vanish. The Silver Fox runs faster through the place of time, and reaches the dawning forest.
You look around the sun lit forest, and think to yourself, "Strange this is supposed to be the midnight forest, not the sunlight..." Just at that moment a Silver Fox runs in front of you, blocking your path. The Silver Fox growls, and bursts into silver flame. You stare at the fox through the flames, for you had seen this before. The Elf Speaks in an urgent voice, "The Midnight forest has made a dawn, the only time the sun rises in the midnight forest is when a new creature, other than human, enters the forest and has not been reconized by myself, The Silver Fox." You look around, "I don't see any new creature." She slaps herself in her forehead, "You have to look harder than that human." She walks of the deer path you were following, "Follow me, we shall find this new arrival together." You follow The Silver Fox through the forest.
After an amount of time that you had not kept track of you enter a clearing. The Silver Fox looks around cautiosly, and says, "This clearing has changed, I know it." She looks around closer and notices something on the opposite side of the clearing. She walks over it and motions you over, "This burrow was not here before. Watch." She shouts into the burrow, "Hello in there, welcome to the midnight forest, as you can see it has dawned to welcome your arrival, please remove yourself from the burrow, or I shall be forced to remove you." A creature with wings exits the burrow and sits infront of the silver fox.
Silver Fox smiles, "Hello, welcome to the midnight forest, I would have prefered if you had let me know you had arrived. For if the dawn stays for too long then the forest's magic weakens." You notice the skies are darkening, and the sun is setting as the Silver Fox speaks. The creature nods, "I apologize, and I understand, My name is Northern Rainbow. After the Auroras in the north from where I come." The sky is almost back to pitch blackness now. The Silver Fox smiles, "Thank you, I will let you return into your burrow now. I may visit again sometime." Northern Rainbow scurries back into the burrow. Silver Fox turns to you, "Thank you for waiting, I am sorry for taking you on this quick errand, but you met Norhern Rainbow the Kiata, so I suppose it evens out. I direct you to the other creatures of the midnight forest if you wish. Here are the options: You can visit the Vulpus, the Elca, The Niette, the Cyrrit, Pets from the Ashes of Jikenika, The Nightfall Horses, The Foxes, Creatures From Poetic Dreams, the Shuvu, The Zagar Aashkta horses, the ja'akalak, the Crits, or the Kiata."
