this is an award winning painting of the constant city/cowboy clash
of a cutting horse done in acrylic wash over gesso textured board

Dierdre, my favorite Arabian mare done in oils with a portrait background.
Sadly, after owning the mare for 9 wonderful years, she was sold this summer
and is owned by a wonderful family in Vermont. I miss you Dee!

done in tiny dots
