In 1987 I found a 83 GT that had a reworked 302 that was a low 13 second car. I bought the car and had many a good time in it.
It had an
awesome 5.0 sound!!.
It was white with black hood.
My brother in law took it for a test drive and lost it into a curb and chipped my Kammi spoiler, Strangely I wasn't mad but just thought it was funny because he never really had driven anything
with that kind of power and now he really respected what I was into.
The license on it said MEAN GT1 and it was.
 I was 26 and 0.
I ended up selling it to a young guy in Taylorville for $3500.00 and I regretted it but at the time It was not
practical.
I was getting married and had twins on the way.
I also sold my first car, Mom Said I had to many cars and I ended up selling the white 70 for a measly $750.
I knew I would get another GT some day!
