Express your doubts, objections, and skepticism about the evidence presented in Kavanaugh’s article “Let Us Be Vigilant and Charitable” in a series of bulleted sentences. You are expected to identify each type of evidence employed and measure it against the STAR criteria: Sufficiency, Typicality, Accuracy, and Relevance. (Note that not all criteria are relevant to all forms of evidence). You must not simply assert judgments about evidence, you must, more importantly, justify your opinions. For instance, were you to allege that an example isn’t typical, you’d have to explain what seems odd or atypical about the example and/or what example would need to be like to seem typical.
