Ford was seeking a follow up for their FW articulated tractor series and acquired Versatile around 1985. from then on they made ford versatile tractors.. impressive tractors from 350 horsepower and way more.. Of course miniature models had to be made of them and the manufacturers ERTL and Scale Models made qutie a few in various scales and in ford Blue and Versatile red en yellow..
