Fighters from around the universe have converged to a martial arts tournament. Some of them hold powers beyond that of most normal people. For some reason some of the fighters are finding that there powers are decreasing, losing any of their energy powers, or other powers that they have, leaving them in a state which is much like that of a normal human. These warriors have had another strange thing happen to them. At different points in time, both when they are asleep and awake they are having strange dreams of seeing their energy attacks being used to kill innocent men, women and children around the city area. Problem is that the dreams are real. They are seeing through the eyes of the thing/person who has stolen their energy and are witnessing what they are using their stolen attacks to do. The police will soon be putting two and two together. They have figured out that is someone from the tournament and have been studying tapes of the matches to figure out who is doing what. The police will be hunting for the people in the tournament. The fighters who have lost their powers will have to move quickly. They have to figure out who or what has stolen their powers and how to beat it. And all this must be done without the help of their energy!

Chapter 1: The Nightmare Begins
It all started late at night. Rain was sliding off the rooftops, and onto the streets below. The figure of Zakk could be seen walking through the streets, water dripping from his body. He ducked in and out of alleyways, until seeing an advert for a Hotel. He went inside, and bought a room for the night, where he immediately falls into a deep, deep sleep.
He sees himself in the streets of the city, rain still pouring down from the sky. He sees the many busy people going about their business. Suddenly, everything turns red. He begins to fell hatred. His hands begin to glow blue. This only makes people stare, which makes him angrier. Soon, he is throwing his energy, blowing up the civilians.
Zakk awoke, cold sweat running over his face. It was a dream; nothing more...
Meanwhile, another figure could be seen on the same night. Shivering from the cold, nearly hypothermic, Sanity found the same hotel. She is carrying Zakk's Duffle bag, which she dumps in the room she found before falling into a sleep on the bed. Sanity had a similar dream, and also awoke in cold sweat.
Her suit, which had been drying, also, she found, had a hole from a previous battle. She needed to accessorise! She left the hotel to go shopping for new clothes.
Soon after, Zakk also left the hotel, only to see Sanity, and his duffle bag, leaving a nearby shopping centre. He threatened Sanity, just as J-Bomb arrived on the scene, but for now simply as a spectator.
Another figure appeared on the scene as Sanity issued a challenge to fight for the bag. Quaj-Mi had followed Zakk from the hotel, unseen, and stood amongst the crowd.
As the 2 Saiyans fought, lightning began to fall from the sky, no one could really see exactly where from, frying many innocents alive. Zakk tried to take off into flight, but it didn't work. He could not use his Ki at all. He had to run. He ran into the crowd, where he fell over J-Bomb.
Sanity attempted also to use her powers, to no avail. The problem seemed apparent now. For whatever reason, neither of the fighters could not use their Ki.
Chapter 2: R.I.P Zakk
Upon realizing that they cannot use their powers, the 3 fighters head for cover. Sanity caught up with Zakk and J-Bomb, and they ran into a nearby Gun shop.
Quaj-Mi, who was helping with the destruction of nearby innocents, saw the 3 fighters running into the shop. He ran towards it, about to blow it up and kill all inside, before he was struck by the lightning. However, he immediately began to reform himself. Sanity grabbed a Bazooka from the shelves and told J-Bomb and Zakk to keep him busy.
Meanwhile, another Quaj-Mi was appearing in the bathroom of the store. He came through and began to attack the Zakk. He shot off 4 waves of Ki, which ripped through Zakk's body.
The Saiyan 'Zakk' was no more in this world. For now.
Sanity now knew she had no choice, she ran down into the sewers while J-Bomb confronted the Quaj-Mis.
Meanwhile, Alykoth and Ra'Keth entered the scene, Ra'Keth carrying a newly found sword, and they began to assault J-Bomb, but before they had the chance, the same lightning that had rained down onto civilians started to strike down on the 2 assassins, giving J-Bomb a chance to run, jumping down into the sewers. Quaj-Mi also fled the scene. Meanwhile, Sanity had emerged from the sewers, and entered a Chicken Shop.
Chapter 3: On The Run
Sanity was stopped by the police when she was in the chicken shop, but she blacked out, and when she returned back to herself the police were dead. She ran away from the scene, and escaped onto the roofs.
Meanwhile, J-Bomb was in more trouble. Alykoth and Ra'Keth had followed him down into the sewer, and attacked him once more, but finding their own powers now drained.
Sanity, who was now back on ground level, caught a tram to get away from the area completely. At the same time, Quaj-Mi appeared in the place Sanity had just been, then disappeared again, seeing she wasn't there.
Drakkar was now on the scene, as he bumped accidentally into Sanity on a busy street. Drakkar, however, was now also being drained of energy. He saw a vision of his Multi Kamehameha Wave being used on innocents, like all the other fighters before him.
At this time, J-Bomb had escaped the sewers and was running down the streets. He was beginning to be chased by some police officers, and he ended up meeting up with Sanity and Drakkar. After a few moments of conversation, J-Bomb's pursuers returned.
Meanwhile, Alykoth and Ra'Keth were still wandering the sewers. Drakkar had entered the sewers, and met up with his old friend, Alykoth.
At the same time, Amberlyne appeared on the scene, only to have her Bow, arrows and Ki stolen immediately. She also drops down into the sewers, where she finds Drakkar. Alykoth and Ra'Keth have gone. Suddenly, both Drakkar and Amberlyne are arrested, but Drakkar manages to break free and somehow regain his powers. He left the scene for good.
Chapter 4: The Nightmare Prison
Sanity and J-Bomb awoke in some special type of prison. They police had captured them and locked them away. They were heavily guarded, until a report of more murders came into the station, and most of the officers left. They managed to escape, and upon finding their equipment were confronted by an incredibly strong (For a normal human) Police Chief. Sanity began to have visions of hell, which were nothing to do with the mystery man stealing their powers.
Meanwhile, Shino, Jhun and Scloud broke into the police station, searching for Amberlyne. Upon entering, their powers were all also stolen. Moments before Scloud and the others found her, Amberlyne fell into a strange trance. Scloud picked her up, and he and Jhun walked towards the station exit, where they found the Police Chief, J-Bomb and Sanity. The group defeat the man, and begin to talk. This is when the power thief sent them a challenge to retrieve their power, which involved killing innocents. After the warriors declined, the figure appeared in the room.
While a few of the fighters attacked it, Amberlyne awoke, and became an Angel. At the same time, another Angel burst through the wall at speed, the angel Sardis. The shadow demon launched a set of Drakkar's Multi Kamehameha waves, one of which smashed Sanity against the wall.
Sanity had gone to join Zakk. And J-Bomb was pissed off with it!
He attempted to kill the demon, but he escaped, by stealing the power of a newcomer, Thornet. The 2 Angels go to find the demon, as the others follow swiftly behind.
Chapter 5: The Nightmare Ends
The Demon was standing on the tallest roof of the city, raining Ki down on the innocents. Sardis lifted the fighters to the rooftop to have their Final Showdown.
And J-Bomb was going to make it one to remember. The fight struggled out, until J-Bomb got a chain wrapped around the demons neck. It almost escaped, before Scloud tightened the chain. As its acidic blood ran down onto the concrete roof, the life was taken from it. All the fighters felt their bodies immediately renewed with energy. But Sardis had a bad message to bring.
The battle for their power may be over, but another evil was still rearing its head.
