SELECT SERVICE

Mobile Loan Document Signing & Notary Service

Our Mission Statement

Select Services began as a way for mortgage brokers and escrow officers to ease the burden

caused by the tremendous workload created by low interest rate markets.

It often becomes difficult for those in the lending industry to find the time needed for borrowers to

review and sign their loan documents. In addition, today's hectic lifestyles often make it difficult for

borrowers to come into escrow during "normal business hours." our service takes the documents to

the borrowers at their convenience, in fact, we specialize in "after hours" signings. By offering in-

home signings, you can actually utilize this service as an additional marketing tool to attract more

clients in this highly competitive market.

At Select Services, loan signings is our business.

We cater to the borrowers needs and give them the same personalized service and attention they would

expect from you and your staff.  We provide your clients with ample time to review and sign their loan

documents in a stress-free environment. Our signing agents are specifically trained to handle the

closing documentation, however, if any concerns should arise during the signing that we can not

answer to the borrowers satisfaction, escrow and/or the lender will be contacted immediately upon

completion of the signing, documents are properly notarized and packaged in accordance with any

specific instructions and returned by the next business day after the signing is complete. Our goal is to

provide a reliable and professional service you can depend on.

Select Services currently serves Allegheny, Beaver, Butler, Washington

and Westmoreland counties, Pennsylvania.

However, should the need arise, we can also make available to you a nationwide network of signing

agents that can service all 50 states. Signings can be performed anytime including evening, weekends

and holidays and at a location convenient for the borrower. (Note: there is an additional charge if the

signing is split between two different locations.)
