| Chapter 5 �Becky� Ashley whispered softly �What?� Becky said groggily �It�s time to get up.� �Five more minutes.� �Becky unless you want Kat to come in here and see us sleeping in the same room, I think you should get up now.� �Ok I�m up!� Becky jumped out of bed and almost ran out of the door, but then turned around �Oh and Ashley, thanx for letting me stay here.� �Anytime.� Becky ran to their room to find Kat in her bed still sleeping and surprise, surprise no Jenna. ~ Score, no one will ever know I was there. ~ �Where were you Rebecca?� Kat said without even opening her eyes �Oh I just went outside to see what was for breakfast.� Becky calmly ~ Oh please believe it! ~ �Ok, what�s for breakfast?� �Uhh... I don�t know the breakfast buffet isn�t open until 7:00 am.� ~ I hate lying, but hey, it could be true. ~ �Oh ok, wake me up then.� �Kat, we have to be on the bus by 6:45.� �Damn.� Said almost back asleep. �Um Becky, where�s Jenna? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ O-town and Forbidden Love were standing by the buses waiting for someone to tell them what was going on that day. �Ok guys, we are going to be driving for about two hours then we�re going to do sound checks, rehearsals, concert, then back on the bus, go to hotel, we�re going to get there late so you can stay on the bus if you want, wake up, eat breakfast and be by the buses by 7:00 am and then we�ll go from there.� The road manager said then left. �Wow they gave us an extra 15 minutes to sleep in.� Erik said sarcastically. �Sleep, uh or do other things�.� Dan said looking over at Jenna. ~ Uh or other people� ~ �What?� Dan said responding to people strange looks. �Get a room.� Trevor said shaking his head. �We will.� Jenna said with an evil smile on her face. �Gross!� Becky said in shock at Jenna�s statement. They drove until they reached Charlotte, North Carolina. They got off the buses and went through rehearsals. It was 10 minutes until the performance. ~ Oh my G-d, I�m never gonna get used to this. I�m so nervous, I�m gonna throw up. Oh my G-d! ~ �I�m so nervous, there�s so many people out there.� Becky said peeking out at the crowd. �We are not going to go through this again. Will you just stop looking out at the crowd?� Kat said frustrated. �Becky we are going to do fine, and then we get to hang out with o-town. You like o-town remember?� Jenna said talking down to Becky, and of course Kat and Jenna both laughed ~ Ok, could I not be the punch line to a joke once and while? ~ �Places!� a voice screamed out. Forbidden Love sang and then watched o-town in their performance. When it was all over, the girls went back to their bus and waited to start leaving. O-town was in their bus near by. �Hey would you guys mind if Dan hung out on our bus until we got to the hotel?� Jenna said as soon as they got on their bus. �Ok if Dan comes, then I want Erik to come too.� Kat demandingly �Can they come Becky?� Kat and Jenna asked in unison �I�m not your mother, you can do what you want, but I�m not staying if you are both having your boyfriends over. I�m too young and impressionable to be here for that.� Becky said innocently as she walked towards the door. �Ok drama queen, so where are you goin?� Jenna asked �To go see Ashley in his boxers.� Becky said sweetly Becky walked out of the bus before they could say anything. ~ What if I could see Ashley in his boxers? What if I could see him out of his boxers? Even better. Ahh stop! He doesn�t even like you! ~ �Oh hey Becky.� Ashley said sitting outside the bus on a step, all alone. ~ Nope once again, fully clothed. What does he sleep in? ~ �So Ashley, why are you out here by yourself? �Dan and Erik want to go over to your bus, but Trevor says they should just go to sleep. I just want them to stop arguing.� �I know how to make them shut up.� �How?� �Hold on� Becky got up and stuck her head inside the guys� bus. �Jenna and Kat are waiting for you.� That was enough, that sent both Erik and Dan flying out the door ignoring Trevor who was still yelling at them. �You�re good.� Ashley said nodding at Becky �I know.� �You know what I�m good at?� �No.� �Lots of fun things� �Like?� �It�s probably what you�re thinking.� Becky gave Ashley a look. �I�m talking about video games.� Ashley said innocently ~ Like hell you are. ~ �Wanna come in and play?� Ashley said walking towards the door �I�m not good at these kinda games.� �Don�t worry I can teach you.� They both walked onto the bus and the buses started to leave. Ashley led her to a couch with a TV in front of it. Ashley turned on super Nintendo. They started to play and of coarse Becky was horrible, but neither stopped laughing. But then the game broke. �Ah what did I do?� Becky said still laughing �Nothing the battery died or something.� �Will you two, please be quiet?� Jacob said walking out in a daze. He had obviously been almost asleep. �Sorry Jacob.� Becky said trying to keep a strait face. Jacob went back to his bed and left Ashley and Becky alone again. �I guess I should probably go to bed now.� �No� �Excuse me?� �Didn�t I say I had to make something up to you?� �Ya I think so� but what about Jacob?� �He�ll go to sleep then he�ll never wake up, once he�s out he�s out and well...� Ashley pulled out a package of popcorn �Thank you Ashley� They made the popcorn then had Becky tried to show off by throwing the popcorn and catching it in her mouth. �Ok wait I think I can throw it in your mouth.� Becky said picking up a piece of popcorn. �Hey it can�t be that hard if you can do it.� �I resent that!� �What are you gonna do about it, huh?� Becky picked up a handful of popcorn and threw it at him �Is that all you got girl? Bring it on?� Becky threw a single piece of popcorn at Ashley�s head �ahh! You hit me, I�m down.� Ashley said dramatically then fell to the floor. He lay there motionless for what seemed like forever. Becky went over just to make sure that he was ok. Becky crouched down to the almost lifeless Ashley �are you alri-� Becky�s sentence was cut off by Ashley abruptly opening his eyes and pouncing on her. �That�s all you got Becky?� �That was mean!� Ashley was right over her and stared into her green eyes, forgetting what he was doing, got off of her then started to help her up. Just then Becky hopped up and pinned Ashley down. �Yup that�s it.� Becky said now hovering only an inch above Ashley. Now Becky was the one staring. Becky looked deeply into his gorgeous eyes. His eyes where so full of energy and life, so ignorant to pain. By this time they had both gotten back to their feet. Then walked over to the couch and sat down. Still staring into each other�s eyes, both had a smile growing on their face. �That was fun.� Becky said smiling because she was happy just to be there, away from Kat and Jenna. �You�re beautiful.� �What?� Becky said in surprise. �I thought so from the moment I saw you.� Ashley said then kissed her lips gently. �I wanted to do that from the second I laid eyes on you. Then once I got to talk to you all I wanted to do was see you more. For two weeks when I didn�t see you, you were all that went through my mind. Every time I see you onstage, you sound amazing and I want to sit and watch you all day. Every time I talk to you I never want to leave� oh, sorry I�m a rambling idiot, I don�t know why I�m telling you this, you don�t even like me.� �Well you may be rambling and you�re defiantly an idiot, but you�re definitely wrong on the last one. I do like you Ashley.� �You really do like me?� Ashley said in shock �I really do.� Becky said shyly, looking at the ground. Ashley lifted up Becky�s chin and kissed her again. |
