In this room, take the bottom path all the way round to get to the next room. Follow the path and go up and take the door on the left. Take the Hell Claw from the chest and go down to get the Flame Shield. Go back and go through the middle door to get a Gaia Hammer for Cid. Take the right door to get the Wizard armour for Tellah. Return to the middle door and go south. Head right and up to the next room.
The first door you come across has a save point, so save and rest. As you try to go through the next door, the Magus sister�s halt your path. Get ready to fight.
Magus Sisters:
Take out Cindy (The fat one) first to stop her using Life spells on the others, then attack Mindy (The small one) and finally Sandy (The tall one). Use magic with Tellah (but not on Cindy) and attack with the others.
After the battle, go back and save before continuing on. Go round the door and up to see Golbez (Note: un-equip Tellah of everything he has!). Cecil will hand over the Earth Crystal and Golbez decides not to give Rosa back. Tellah takes this on himself by engaging Golbez in a battle. This battle is automatic, so just watch while Tellah unleashes Meteo, doing 9999 damage (WOW!). Unfortunately, however, doing this caused Tellah to use up the last of his energy, and he will die. Cecil will try to stop Golbez, but will be knocked back by him.
After the scene, talk to Kain. He will regain his senses and help you save Rosa from her death. They will now both join you again. When you try and leave, however, Valvalis will come out of nowhere and fight you.
Valvalis:
Kain has to use jump all the time for her to be vulnerable. Have Cecil Attack or Berserk him, have Yang use Power to double his attack and have Rosa heal. Cid can attack or heal with potions. The battle will be annoying on your first try, but do it right and it will be swift and (mostly) painless.
After the battle, Valvalis will try and crush you in the tower. However, Rosa uses Exit and you appear in Cecil�s bedroom at Baron. They will talk and Kain will reveal that Golbez does not have all of the crystals and that there are Dark Crystals in the Underworld. He will hand over a Magma Key. Leave Baron and save. Board the airship and go directly south from Baron until you see a town. Land the airship and enter.
