League Wide Rules
1) If a player misses more than 75% of his team's games in one season due to injury they are eligible to be kept for free
2) When a player on your roster in hockey or baseball is sent down to the minor leagues or is deactivated for any reason you can drop the player and still retain his rights, but NA players must be added after they are re-activated. Within 5 games for position players or 2 appearances for pitchers or goalies, otherwise you lose rights to said player. In basketball any player that is sent to the NBADL can also be dropped as if they were NA in baseball. The basketball NBADL ad deadline works just as in the other sports. The NBADL list requires some form of proof that said player is currently in the NBADL.
3) You can only drop an athlete and retain his rights with the NA rule if they were in the pros and played in 5 games or made 2 pitching appearances, before being deactivated and they must not already be NA when you add them.
4) With all people that are kept for free in any sport you lose a draft pick(s) at the end of the draft equal to the number of players you keep for free.
5) New league managers can trade when they join but their trades will be strictly regulated for the first month in the league.
6) In a league draft if you trade a pick and do not receive a pick back you do not get a draft pick in a later round. You can add a player off of free agency at the conclusion of the draft.
7) Benching rosters or losing on purpose to gain a better draft spot is not allowed. Any discernable attempt to tank will result in a penalty of your pick in that sport being dropped 5 slots.
8) Any pick that is dealt and ends up being taken away due to free keepers is automatically replaced by the last pick available.
9) There shall be no trading in any sport during the duration of the playoffs.
10) If a prospect player is kept as a regular keeper at the beginning of the
season they lose all rights as a prospect regardless of said players AB or IP
totals.

Prospect draft eligible players: (Also note anyone under these limits is not
regular draft eligable)
Baseball: Any batter with over 75 pro AB's is not prospect draft eligible, any
pitcher with over 25 IP is not prospect draft eligible. Must have signed a
contract with a MLB team to be draft eligable.
Hockey: Any player with over 35 games played is not prospect draft eligible. A
player must have been drafted by an NHL team to be prospect draft eligable.

Game limits for people that carry over for free
Forwards/Defensemen - 95 games played
Goalies - 65 games played
Game Limits for prospect picks
Forwards/Defensemen - 164 games played
Goalies - 100 games played
The Cutoff date for adding prospects that can be kept for free is Week 19.
If you add a player after this date, they are no longer eligible to be kept
for free by that manager, also if they are traded they cannot be kept for free
by whoever trades for them.
If they are dropped outright and then added by someone else inside the prospect
window they can be kept for free

Rookies who are added after week 12 cannot be kept for free.

Fielders - 650 AB
Starting Pitchers - 250 IP
Relief Pitchers/Closers 100 IP
Game limits for prospect picks
Fielders - 1300 major league AB's
Starting Pitchers - 500 IP
Relief Pitchers/Closers - 250 IP
The Cutoff date for adding prospects that can be kept for free is August 21st.
If you add a player after this date, they are no longer eligible to be kept
for free by that manager, also if they are traded they cannot be kept for free
by whoever trades for them.
If they are dropped outright and then added by someone else inside the prospect
window they can be kept for free
