| My
name is Nga Thi. I come from Vietnam. I have
been in Australia for nine years. I live in Melbourne. When
I came here a year ago, I went to school and learnt English in Sunshine
Institute of Tafe and after that I had two months holiday. I looked
for work and I got Kookai factory clothing full time job, and I worked
in factory three years ago. Because I got asthma I have no more work
I stopped work in October of 2000. Then I stayed at home always worried. I went to Centrelink for an interview. I said "Hi I would like to continue learn English because I don't understand English very well. Could you please help me?", and Centrelink gave me an interview for school again. I hope that teachers will help me learn more English and understand everything. After that I hope my English will be much better. Then I could find a job again and have more experience from work in my life. I like exercises, swimming and dance, now I am study English part time at Footscray AMES. I would like to say thank- you to all the teachers that help me improve my English every day. NGA
