This cheat has a VERY slim chance of working, and there is the danger of being frozen from it... so do at your own risk!!
What you do is go to the wishing well, type in what you want, then type in to donate like 1 np or something. Then when the screen pops up, your top address bar should say: http://www.neopets.com/wishing.phtml?thanks=1
Where it says thanks=1, replace the 1 with a really high number like 1,000,000 then press enter. The main screen should say : thanks for the donation of (the number you put in the address bar) !!!
Do this like 10-20 times a day and eventually you will get what you want. It is all in the neopets computer's random selection program to rely on if it chooses you or not, so keep trying!
