Alright, so, this is my music place. Read below to find what music I like and dislike.

1. Foo Fighters:

These gentlemen are Foo Fighters. This is my all time favorite band. I've heard pretty much every song these guys have ever created and I've been a die hard fan ever since I heard the song "Learn to Fly" off their 1999 album "There Is Nothing Left To Lose". I really began to start listening to them a lot back in January of 2003 when I found out that they were going to be performing at Columbus's "Promowest Pavilion" in May. From that day in Jan. I told everyone I would be seeing Foo Fighters in May, and damn straight, I did. I was awfully pissed though when I was forced to walk out in front of 10,000+ people without getting to hear my two favorites "Everlong" and "Aurora". But to make a long story short, Dave Grohl has imspired me to play music from my heart and also to sing. I've been playing guitar a whole lot more, and also singing.

The Band (From Left To Right) : Chris Shifflet, Dave Grohl, Nate Mendal, Taylor Hawkins.

2. System Of A Down:

I began listening to System Of A Down is June of 2001 when I heard their single "Chop Suey". I was so interested in the music style that I got online and downloaded "Toxicity". Two days later I pretty much forced my mom to buy me the "Toxicity" album. I was hooked. I then bought their 1998 self titled album. I haven't yet had the chance to witness this awesome band play live, but now that they're making a new album set for a late 2004 release date, I will very very soon. This band is very political and to the point, I agree with a lot of their views, they get #2 on my list.

3. Weezer:

I started listening to Weezer not to long ago, maybe December of 2002 when my buddy TJ Reed told me to download "Only In Dreams" from the 1992 (?) "Blue Album". I then realized I had heard of these guys, but never really paid much attention. Within a year of picking and poking at what bands I liked and disliked, I realized the "Weez" has a lot of the qualities I look for in music. I've heard every song on all their albums, Blue, Pinkerton, Green, and Maladroit. Weezer is currently in the process of making a fifth album scheduled for a 2004 possibly 2005 release. I'm really looking forward to it because these guys (But more than all their singer Rivers) know how to play some good ass music. These rockin' dudes are my #3 favorite.

4. Metallica:

I know a lot of you are saying "Oh my God, Metallica is number 4? What the hell?!?!" Well, let me explain. I've been listening to Metallica since I was around 3, pretty much because my dad was one of those 70s-80s rocker fucks who played nothing but metal. I was introduced to Metallica through "The Black Album". As my years progressed I listened to these guys a lot more, but, never really got so into them that I make it on my "To do list" to listen to Metallica everyday, but yes, I still own a lot of their albums. I'm not really a huge fan of everything after "TBA" but their 80s shit (Kill Em All, And Justice For All, Ride The Lighting, Master of Puppets) yeah, I love those fucking albums. I respect the hell out of these guys for all the contributions they've made to the music I love today, I think that's enough.

5. AC-DC:

AC-DC, one word, wow. These guys, although at number 5, are the ones I love to listen to the most. "Back in Black" was the first album I ever listened to, probably the first songs, so these guys mean a lot to me. My dad used to actually drive me around in his 1969 Corvette  (Or something) and play the "Back in Black" album to put me to sleep, very awesome shit. Again, I've never gotten the chance to listen to these guys live, but yet again, I will very very soon. I recommend anyone who doesn't listen to these guys to download (But better buy the albums) any song by these guys and spend a full day of just listening to them, they'll blow you away, considering it's just 5 guys, two guitars, a drummer, bassist, and singer, no special effects, great sound, great songs, awesome band.

Alright, that's my list of favorite bands. I have many many many more that I listen to, but at a later date, I'll tell you them all. So until then, thanks.
