With
the success of Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon, most of these
films are now available in the United States, and not just through
mail order companies. I've seen many of them on the shelves at Suncoast
Video (though you pay more there due to their mall locations) as
well as at Borders. In films where Miss Yeoh is co-starring with
another big-name Chinese action star, you can usually find it at
Best Buy or Circuit City. Of course, you can always try Blockbuster
Video and keep an eye on the TV listings for The Action Channel
and Showtime Extreme as both channels have run many of these films,
often later at night or as part of a special block of Chinese action
films.
