The art of loving food is represented everywhere: be it morning breakfasts in little Mumbai kitchenettes or grand Roman Epicurean feasts. Pages and pages have been devoted to the delight of experiencing good food. Civilizations have been known for their unique culinary achievements and grandmothers' recipes have crossed generations. Passion for food is to understand it as a phenomenon - to know its firsts and basics, its loves and hates, its evers and nevers and indeed even its delights and erotics.
