All orders are submitted via email. For this to work, you need to have an email program installed. It will not work with web-based type of email.

Do you feel comfortable confiding in somebody through emails? If your answer is yes, then it is as safe. Information transmitted is not encrypted but most of the information is not confidential. We do not ask for your credit card no (not at the moment).
Accepting orders through email is not the best solution. But it works and it is cost effective. foodalley.com hopes to upgrade its techonolgy soon.
Information about my delivery address, organisation is lost when I use another computer.
The information is stored in the form of cookies in the computer which you saved the information. If you use another computer, the Javascript would locate any cookies that is present (it may locate somebody else's information) and use the information stored. If no cookies are found, the default information is used.
Even at your own computer, the cookies might have been deleted accidentally. However this is not likely to happen to an ordinary user.
Please note that the order information (name, addresses, email, etc) will only be saved when you click the save button. Previous information will be overwritten.
How do I know my order is processed?
