Amazing Tuna Salad

   My tuna salad is the best,
   beyond compare to all the rest.
   Choice albacore must hold the key:
   the princely fish that rules the sea,
   surpassing the most stringent test.

   Mayonnaise, the first request;
   fresh lemon juice imparts its zest,
   ground pepper, parsley, celery:
   My tuna salad.

   Black olives and white raisins, lest
   a boring dish offend the guest.
   Add fine-chopped nuts, whose use is free,
   combining flavors skillfully.
   The gourmand anxious to digest
   My tuna salad.
