Wildcat Photo Page 2

This was our game versus Markesan. Definately a challenge, our kids did not back down against the bigger foe. Missing a couple starters, our defense played decent, but special teams gave up two of the four Markesan scores.

(You can see some of the size variences from these pics.).

Not only was the Wildcat -Viper game a tough battle in harsh conditions,, but Viper Josh McCormick(25) and Wildcat Rhett Bussey (32) took out Coach Sessing's camcorder tripod. Winds gusted at over 30mph throughout the game.

Season Finale: After a dismal start, the kids played perhaps their most spirited half of the season. The defense toughened, the offense came alive, and the crowd was on the tip of their toes for the 4th quarter.

The Wildcats did not quit when they were down 14-0 after Quarter 1. When looking back at this final game, you get the feeling that the long practices, the teaching and coaching, and the playing as a team concept all really paid off.

As a coach, you hope each player takes that desire and experience to the next level.

..........more pictures coming soon.
