I must say this place is so cool, though lacking in the way of a squirrel population. I've yet to see any friendly squirrels running about the lawns or up the trees. Not even a squirrel having a pint. My Oh My. Well I guess that is a lie, I did see a squirrel the other day at the pet shop. Quite peculiar.
I'm in love with my apartment's balcony. I've spent hours out on the balcony listening to U2 and watching the people out on the street. We've got a great view of the river and the city. I'm really very lucky. The birds here are quite rocking, pigeons, seagulls, magpies, and these mass scary death crows. They have beaks like twice the size as the birds at home. I'm probably going to loose an eye if I ever fall asleep on the balcony.
School is really great, I'm studying Irish Politics and this week has been really busy, learning a bunch of the politics and the basic information. Another thing is I've been watching a lot of the UK MTV(save me) I must say I've lived in quite a different musical life. I mean a lot of the stuff is the same, but I keep hearing about groups I've never knew existed. Things are also a bit behind here, I thought I had escaped from Jay-Z's Girls, Girls, Girls. The pain.....One thing that is really cool about seeing European MTV, especially Ireland is more U2. I saw the European version of Stuck in a Moment. It was too cool. I'm infecting my roommates and the house with U2, they've begun calling me Bonolover, even though I've explained my true U2 love is for the great guitarist. I'm still on squirrel watch. Later.
