Essential Cocktails And Drinks:

Cherry Over the Edge
4 oz. vodka
4 oz. Southern Comfort
10 oz. orange juice
Mix with crushed ice and serve.

Absolut Disaster (shot)
1/2 oz. Absolut vodka
1/2 oz. Rumplemintz schnapps
Add 1 scoop of ice to a small can
Add spirit
Shake
Strain

Angel's Tip (shot)
2/3 oz. dark creme de cacao
Top with creme
Add 1 scoop of ice to a small can
Add spirit
Shake
Strain

Bubblegum (shot)
1/2 oz. Southern Comfort
1/2 oz. banana liqueur
Dash of grenadine, splash of cream
Add 1 scoop of ice to a small can
Add spirit
Shake
Strain
Serve in rocks glass without ice

Blue Jesus (shot)
1/3 oz. Kahlua
1/3 oz. white creme de menthe
1/3 oz. Southern Comfort
Add 1 scoop of ice to a small can
Add spirit
Shake
Strain
Baby Guinness (shot)
3/4 oz. Kahlua
1/4 oz. Bailey's
Fill shot glass with Kahlua
Gently float Bailey's on top

Gibson (martini)
2 oz. dry gin
1 oz. dry vermouth
2 or 3 cocktail onions
Chill cocktail glass
Add 1 scoop of ice to a glass shaker
Add vermouth
Add spirit
Stir gently
Strain into cocktail glass
Garnish
(Vodka can be substituted)

Harley Davidson (shot)
1/2 oz. Yukon Jack
1/2 oz. Jack Daniels
Add 1 scoop of ice to a small can
Add spirit
Shake
Strain

Lemon Drop (shot)
1 oz. Absolut Citron
dash triple sec
1 tsp. sugar
juice from 1/2 a lemon
Sugar coated lemon wedge
Add 1 scoop of ice to a small can
Add spirit
Shake
Strain
