| PERFORMANCE FOR KAISERSLAUTERN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL |
| This is the performance put on for the students at Kaiserslautern Elementary School on October 20, 2000. Below is Nancy and Roberto at the end of the performance of Jarabe Mixteco--"The Kiss". This dance is about the young field workers and thier courtship. Of course as all the world knows the male have to persue the worthwhile and hard to get female. |
| To the left is Joanna and Analicia dancing La Bruja. The English translation is The Witch, this dance originates from Veracruz. The dancers wear lit candles on thier head through the whole dance as a symbol of the magic powers held by the witches. This is a very graceful dance despite its name. To the right is Analicia and Thomas dancing El Tilingolingo also a dance from Veracruz. |
