Dewayne is a kid who looks a good deal like Darius Songaila, a former player for the Wake Forest basketball team. Darius hails from Lithuania, and the Foil Friends decided to call Dewayne "The Lith" much to his dismay.
During this time, Dewayne refused to be a friend of the Foil, and this angered the Friends a great deal. However, the Foil Friends are determined people, and would not give up. They felt a bit of art would please "the Lith" and so, Foil Art was born.
Dewayne, to say the least, was not particularly pleased with the artwork entitled "A Lithuanian Christmas" though he managed to shield his disappointment with a smile. The original drawing was later ripped up by the "Fagii" and thrown in the garbage.
Yet, the Foil Friends were still not discouraged. They drew "A Lithuanian Christmas" repeatedly. Eventually it became well-known throughout their high school, as they left it up on the dry-erase board of Mr. Cox on a daily basis.
They were inspired one day, by a girl who cannot be named, who stayed on the phone approximately 45 minutes a morning. She stood across the lobby from the Foil Friends' morning sitting place.
They many times discussed wrapping the phone cord around her neck, and beating her with the phone. However, a non-violent means for defeating the evil "Phone Girl" was found through Foil Comics. With a black marker, and Mr. Cox's board, the Comics were born.
The Foil Friends currently believe there may be some sort of magical power in their drawings. After Series One, "Phone Girl" was no longer seen on the phone.
And so, we begin publishing our drawings on the internet for all to enjoy.
