Novel Chapters

I'm going to do something different here in this section of my work. I will post some chapters that I've written here in the hopes of motivating myself to work harder on the writer's dream of novel writing. I've a couple of strange ideas marking time in my mind, though this type of writing is harder for me. Perhaps, with a little critique from my fellow writers out there, I will be able to produce something that will outlive me. I truly think that this is the Writer's curse. This obsession with the immortality of words. In this way, pen and paper can function as a way to cheat even death.
