April 3, 2006: Working at McDonald's makes losing weight VERY hard. I am constantly tempted by the fast food around me. But today, I did extremely well. I took my lunch instead of eating the free food that I can have as a manager and had breakfast before I went in. While I was there I drank 72 oz. of water! I don't think I've ever had that much water before in one day in my whole life. But for the first time ever I did not eat one thing there that was from McDonald's. YAY!

April 5, 2005: I was at a friend's house last night and she's getting ready for a big yard sale. She had this gorgeous black dress that she was going to sell in the yard sale and I loved it. So I asked her what size it was. She replied, "Oh, it's a 15/16." Oh shit. I'll never get into that I thought. But I wanted to see how far I had to go to squeeze into it so I asked if I could try it on. Well I couldn't believe it but I WAS able to squeeze into it! It's quite snug on the chest area but otherwise it is fine! So I bought it from her! And once I lose enough weight to make it fit without having to squeeze into it, I'll get Thomas to take a pic of me in it! But it made me feel good that I could find a way to get into that.

April 9, 2006: I've been wearing 42DD for the past 6 or 7 years now. But the other day, my favorite bra came apart in the dryer so I was faced with the decision of having to go bra shopping, which I detest. So I got online and found some neat looking bras at Victoria's Secret and went to their local store in the mall to try some bras on. But I could not find anything in my size. I was going to give the 40DD a try, but I couldn't find them either. So I asked up front and the lady said they only carry 40DD online and not in the stores. How lame is that? So I went on down to Lane Bryant (where I knew they carried big boob sizes) and looked around. And I found the perfect bra! I grabbed a 42DD and a 40DD and headed to the dressing room. And the 42DD was falling off of me. So I tried the 40DD and it fit! I have lost a bra size! YIPPEE!!!!!!!!!!! So I bought the only 2 40DD's of this bra they had. I haven't worn a 40DD in ages!

April 27, 2006: My size 20 work pants have just gotten way too big. So I went today so buy some new pants. I did buy a very nice pair of size 16 pants! Yippee! But that's not all. I also tried on some jeans, both 16 and 18. The 18's fit just fine. I knew I could not wear the 16's but I was able to get them on and zip them, which I have not been able to do in over 10 years! Yippee! One of my goals for this year is to fit back into size 16 pants. And I am closer than I ever thought!
